Our terms of sale.

Through Bonfyre Frolic LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company", "Frolic", "we" or "us"), a transaction is charged immediately upon completion of the checkout payment process for an order. Fulfillment and shipment of an order are processed when its products are ready and available, unless otherwise noted in such instances as pre-orders, pre-sales, and other special sales and circumstances.

Frolic will charge the relevant fees for your product(s) to the credit card that you provide to us. If the credit card information you have provided is incorrect or incomplete, or Frolic is unable to complete a transaction due to your error or omission, we will attempt to contact you and inform you of the problem; failure to provide accurate and complete shipping and billing information may result in the delay or cancellation of your transaction for a particular delivery. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, with or without nice, to: modify, suspend or discontinue the Website or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Website; change the prices, ship dates and available products at any time, charge fees in connection with the use of the Website; modify and/or waive any fees charged in connection with the Website; and/or offer opportunities to some or all users of the Website. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Website, or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Website. For avoidance of doubt, products are available for purchase upon notification of availability via relevant social, web, and media channels. Prices displayed on the Website are quoted in U.S. currency and are valid only in the United States. Sales tax will be determined by the shipping address of the order and will automatically be added to your order in accordance with the current tax rate at time of charge. We do not collect sales tax in all states, only those where we are required to do so, or become required to do so by law in the future. International shipments will be offered to Canada and the United Kingdom and will be displayed in U.S. Currency. Import taxes and duties will be displayed and will be automatically added to your order in accordance with current rates at the time of the charge.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit quantities of or cancel orders purchased, and we reserve the right to refuse any order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event Frolic needs to change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

There may be occasion in which components of the fulfillment and/or warehousing process will be directly managed by a curator or partner. In those instances, notice will be given as to the curator or partner managing the process.

Products are shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for any product(s) will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

In partnership with our partners and curators, Frolic curates the content of each shipment/sale. We don't allow returns or substitutions of anything in your shipment. If you receive a shipment with damaged or incomplete contents, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any shipment you received please contact support@getfrolic.co

Product specifications and other information have either been provided by the vendors or collected from publicly available sources. While Frolic makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Website and/or contained in your shipment is accurate, we can make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or reliability of any information provided on the Website and/or contained in your shipment. Frolic makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any product provided or offered by any vendor, and you acknowledge that any reliance on representations and warranties provided by any vendor shall be at your own risk. Moreover, Frolic disclaims any responsibility in connection with your use of the product(s), including the contents of any box(es), any and all such use shall be at your own risk.

Frolic may, from time to time in its sole discretion, offer certain promotional codes for discounts. Promotion codes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward previous purchases. There is no cash alternative. Furthermore, promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional discount, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. Lost promotion codes cannot be replaced. Limit one promotional code per customer. Promotion codes are void where prohibited. Any promotional program may be terminated or modified by Frolic at any time in its sole discretion.
